The best service you will ever have!! The sweetest ladies with AMAZING food! They even stayed late for me when I left my bag at the restaurant :)
We came in late and ordered a bunch of bbq to go, it was great, brisket was moist and flavorful but not overly smokey. Sausage had a little bite but not over spicey. Boudin links were rich and smokey. The fried shrimp was fresh and simply amazing. We ordered way more than we could eat in one sitting, breakfast leftovers made prefect tacos!
A small country restaurant tucked away in a small community. If you blink, you will miss it, so stay alert and don't miss this hidden gem of a place! The food was some of the best I've ever had. The ribs were flavorful, juicy, and falling off the bone! The potato salad, Cole slaw, baked beans, and fried okra were delicious! We even had keylime pie before we left. The server was so friendly and charming. If ever we find ourselves back out this way, we will definitely stop and enjoy Miss Jean's Texas style ribs again! Thank you!

Really loved this place...22 yrs in business, very friendly staff and shared the 3 meat plate with my wife. Love their homemade BBQ sauce! So happy to find a new place to hit we really like.
The food is always fresh. They have a really good brisket, in salads or a meat plate, it's consistently the same. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you'll want to go back to visit. I recommend visitors to go there to truly experience eastex food and vibes. The atmosphere is so cute as well.
The people were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. This was my 1st time going to Mrs jeans. I took brisket, beans and potato salad home. The brisket was the best I ever had. All the food was so delicious. I will be going back. This is far the best place to have bbq. I'm definitely hooked..
